Uhm, my second collaboration with *ritam!! I coloured her beautiful drawing of Murdoc (from Gorillaz). [link] I've got mixed feelings about it... I like the contrast between the red background, Murdoc's almost green skin and the blue shadow (I wanted to recreate the "hallucinated" atmosphere of the original music video "Feel Good Inc."). However, it has been a pain in the @$$ to pick up the right colour for the light reflections on his skin. Red looked too dark to me, so I chose that odd colour which I still don't like it very much... The background looks and is meant to look flat. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
