Centuries ago I played Soul Reaver 1 on my PSX. Now I'm playing it again on my PC and, hey, using a keyboard instead of a controller is a totally different thing v_v
The green monster is supposed to be a dumahim but I was lazy and did not search for reference pictures.
XD I'm generally always playing with keyboard, but I understand your point. Let just say about good ol' "Rogue Squadron" where if you want to fly up, you have to push "down" arrow on the keyboard.

Out of doubt, out of dark to the day's rising I came singing in the sun, sword unsheathing. To hope's end I rode and to heart's breaking: Now for wrath, now for ruin and a red nightfall!
this is freaking awesome and great and true not just the controling impossible, also the camera moving anyway I was so fucked up in this game, this idea is hilarious

With watching eyes You see dreams dissolving Distant voices slipping away I have to go - I hear The call of something deeper A voice inside of me
btw when I used the controller, I always let the character run forward and used the camera control to decide where to go (left/right). This let me have the camera be almost always behind the character... but with keyboard it is madness x_x

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

C'mon, people. It's "comfortable," not "comfterble." Get it straight.

"This signature is powered by the crushed dreams of our enemies."
SR games are not the best about controlling. Defiance was the worst with the dinamic camera view.
